777nx Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules and Player Rights

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777nx account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and never share them with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent 777nx support;
• Notify 777nx support immediately via live chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure that your registered email address remains current and accessible, as 777nx uses this address for important account communications including verification, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts;

Deposits:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising in any way from the Player's use of the 777nx platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 777nx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777nx's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their 777nx account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777nx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 777nx Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777nx is used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance;

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777nx will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate a resolution to the Player within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation confirms a violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Real Money Funds not attributable to the breach may, at 777nx's sole discretion, be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to 777nx.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 777nx support via live chat. Pending wagers at the time of account closure will be settled according to their outcomes, and any resulting balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777nx holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these terms, Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or Player's use of the 777nx platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
